April13，2005, Mr.Don H. Hains, a certified professional geologist of WGM, a Canadian geological consulting company, was invited by Sichuan Dexin Mining Resources Co., Ltd to Lijiagou Spodumene Mine which was located in Jimu Village, Jinchuan County for a 5 day’s Fieldwork. After the visit, Mr. Hains prepared the Technical Report in accordance with Canadian National Instrument 43-101 in one month.
