Long-term Supply Agreement of Lithium Product Is Made

On January 5,2007, the Long-term Supply Agreement of Lithium Product is made by and between Sichuan Dexin Mining Resources Limited and Xiamen Huamin Import&Export Co.Ltd in Chengdu. According to the agreement, Sichuan Dexin Mining Resources Limited will start supplying from the beginning of 2007, no less than 300 tons of spodumene concentrate (dry grade≥5% and <5.8%)per month.

After going into full operation, the Lijiagou Lithium Mine (LLM) owned by Sichuan Dexin Mining Resources Limited is expected to produce about 200 tons of spodumene concentrate (grade ≥5.6%) per day.
