On July 5,2006, Sichuan Dexin Mining Resources Co., Ltd obtained Stated-owned Land Use Permits of the People’s Republic of China of two pieces of land located in Lijiagou, Jimu Village, Jinchuan County, covering an area of 33550.9664 M2 and an area of 1372.9986 M2 respectively.
