On July 22, 2007, Mr. Robert G. Jeffrey, an American CPA, came to China again to finish the remaining audit work for Sichuan Dexin Mining Resources Co., Ltd. The main purpose of Mr. Robert G. Jeffrey’s visit was to pay a visit to Lijiagou Lithium Mine (LLM) at the request of the SEC. After finishing the whole audit work, Mr. Robert G. Jeffrey will submit an audit report soon.
